Brewed with a base malt of maris otter then topped heavily with light and dark crystal malts, chocolate malts, and black malts. Fermented clean in stainless steel, then transferred to freshly dumped Black Dirt Distillery bourbon barrels and aged to perfection. Bourbon. Deep chocolate. Snow days.
