An American Double IPA of yore, Rest Easy lies somewhere in time between the bitter bombs arms race and fruit salads of the haze craze.

Brewed with a pinch of oats and wheat, fermented with a classic American yeast strain, and heavily dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, CryoPop, Centennial, Chinook, and Crystal, Rest Easy is lean, hoppy, and well-balanced.

We taste sweet orange, honey, and pine.
