Bastardator is our homage to the merciless cold of Northern Germany – the true home of Bockbier.

A single decoction, a two-hour boil, nearly three weeks of cold fermentation, and eight weeks of lagering ensured this son of none would be bold and smooth enough to weather the test of time.

Rich, malty, and complex, we taste a medley of chocolate, dark fruit, and deep melanoidins.
