Side Project Brewing – Single Farm (New Zealand Cascade)

Single Farm is our blended Missouri Farmhouse Pale Ale in which we explore the complexities and beautiful expressions of hops and our native mixed culture. For this third expression, we chose to express the Cascade hop from Freestyle Farms by dry hopping this light, billowy beer and then bottle conditioning to a lively level of carbonation.
