Boom: Krush, Sabro, and Mosaic hops – each used as T90, Cryo, and HyperBoost HopOil. This combination gives Pencil its full-on tropical character. Bright guava notes from Krush, creamy coconut and vanilla from an outstanding batch of Sabro, and that unmistakable Mosaic punch for good balance. Fermented with a thiolized yeast for a rounded mouthfeel and elegant white wine aromas. A slightly sweeter IPA, rich in flavor with a soft bitterness for a dangerously drinkable experience.
