Horizont – Night Shift Vintage 2024 – Russian Imperial Stout Aged in Pedro Ximenez Sherry & Rum Barrels with Chocolate & Orange

With this batch, we aimed to create a classic, orange-chocolate concept by combining the base Russian Imperial Stout’s sweet, chocolatey notes. The base beer aged exclusively in freshly emptied Pedro Ximénez Sherry and rum barrels for 6 months.
