Frontaal – Legacy No.17

Legacy No.17 is a Barrel-Aged Barleywine aged in Plum Whiskey and French Whiskey barrels. The malty, sweet base of the barleywine is enriched by fruity plum notes from the Plum Whiskey barrels, while the French Whiskey barrels add soft vanilla and woody oak notes. The result is a complex and layered beer in which sweet caramel and dried fruit are complemented by subtle acidity, spiciness and floral undertones. Maturation in both barrels creates a rich, harmonious flavor experience in which fruit, wood and spice influences balance each other perfectly.
