Folkingebrew – Cellar of Shadows (Baxbier collab)

Meet Cellar of Shadows, our third imperial stout and new collaboration with our seriously playful friends from Baxbier. Rooted in tradition yet embracing innovation, this imperial stout represents camaraderie and craftsmanship.

Cellar of Shadows has a robust, thick base, made from a blend of light malts and an array of dark malts, including the rich complexity of chocolate malt. Fermented with the trusted US-05 yeast, this beer is a testament to our commitment to quality.

After fermentation we added coconut and cocoa to put a twist on the flavor profile. These additions bring notes of tropical sweetness and velvety richness, creating a balanced and enjoyable drinking experience.

But it doesn’t end here! We are excited to announce that a significant portion of Cellar of Shadows will continue to mature in used barrels, allowing the flavors to further develop. We are already looking forward to this future release!
