This one is brewed with Fermentis’ DA16 which blends yeast with an enzyme which allows to destroy all the complex sugars of the wort! Big attenuation without the POF+ flavours. We combined this with a complex maltbill from our local maltery The Swaen. So stay strong soldiers! Last man standing! Don’t get destroyed.
