COYPU – Fetish

Life is all about balance, and so is beer. Sour IPA is our little fetish, and we’ve wanted to brew such a beer from the beginning. The idea was simple: to create a beer that was tart, slightly bitter, yet appropriately sweet and juicy, so lychee was added to Fetish. Perhaps some Phantasm to complete the inaugural trio of beers brewed with this addition Bang! Introducing FETISH – Phantasm Lychee Sour IPA.
