Buzdovan – Red Apple Cider

Aromatic, light and delicate cider. On the nose it is fruity with hints of fermented overripe red apples, notes of stone fruit, like apricot, and some vanilla notes.
On the pallet it is dry, well balanced, with beautiful structure and medium carbonation. Hints of red apple and vanilla notes. Playful acidity brings persistent and long afertaste.
