Browar Stu Mostow – ART+76 Double Philly Sour IPA (Folkingebrew collab)

We present our latest work, the result of cooperation with the Folkingebrew brewery. Imagine the abundance of ripe, aromatic raspberries that with the first sip will transport you to a summer garden full of fruit. For those who are not afraid of the sweet side, we have added a large share of lactose, giving the beer a smooth, creamy texture that goes perfectly with the fruity bouquet. But it is not everything. In the brewing process, we used the maximum portion of Citra hops in the concentrated form Lupomax, added to the whirlpool. During fermentation, we used philly sour yeast, thanks to which we managed to obtain a beer with a very clean and fruity sourness.
