The Dancer – a textbook approach to the Belgian Witbier. A wonderfully airy, light beer with a prominent aroma of citrus peels and spices: coriander and phenols from the work of yeast. The dry character enhances its drinkability.
Ingredients: water, Pilsner malt, unmalted wheat, oat malt, Lublin hops, Indian coriander, Curacao peel, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, chamomile, FM20 Białe Walonki yeast
