Bourbon Barrel-Aged Ube, Maple, Pecan, and Cinnamon Imperial Stout • 14.9% ABV • Explore the depth of flavor and intelligence in this ube-focused sweet potato casserole-inspired collaboration with Harland Brewing! We brewed this inky beast with ube and maple syrup, taking it up to a massive 38º plato starting gravity. After fourteen months in bourbon barrels, we finished this alluring liquid on house-roasted pecans and cinnamon sticks for a festive finale to our Tropical Tidings season!
