Black Rebel Brewing – King Of Bones

May we introduce: Project No2, King Of Bones.

Another hazy DIPA, this time with the intention of making it more NE-style.
To this end alpha acidity (bitterness) has been reduced and the sweetness (more Cara malts) increased.

Key facts:
Hot Side: Mosaic Cryo, Idaho7 Cryo
Cold Side: Simcoe Cryo, Simcoe, Tango Nectar
Yeast: US yeast from an East Coast brewery.
