Birrificio Saragiolino – Giulia

Beer produced with artisanal methods, unfiltered, unpasteurized. It has natural sediments. Opalescent amber beer with orange reflections. The intense and resinous fruity aroma given by the massive use of hops explodes in the glass. In the mouth it is soft, full-bodied, with notes of malt and ripe fruit, the citrus and persistent finish gives way to a robust, but not exaggerated, bitterness.
Excellent with structured dishes, grilled red meats and tasty roasts, but also with burgers prepared with refined ingredients. The combination with chocolate desserts is surprising!
