Beer produced with artisanal methods, unfiltered, unpasteurized. It has natural sediments. Opalescent pale beer with golden reflections. The fresh and intense fruity aroma given by the hops gives unique sensations. In the mouth it is soft, full-bodied, with notes of malt and ripe fruit, the citrus finish gives way to a well-balanced bitterness.
Ideal as an aperitif and with summer dishes such as vegetables and fresh cheeses, but also with carpaccio and grilled fish. Ideal beer paired with the most famous Italian dish in the world: pizza!
