Baxbier – HOPFKOPF ’24

HOPFKOPF is what we figured hophead should be in German! It’s one of those beers we revisit and improve every couple of years, at the start of the sunny season. A love child of a classic German weizen and vibrant American hops. The previous version was one of the highest rated Hopfenweizens in the country last year, but we’re low key pretty confident this one is going to be a even better. Enjoy fresh because hops fade fast.
