Apex Brewing – Oath Skull IPA

A hazy IPA dry hopped heavily with the Freestyle Hops exclusive Peacharine hop, a hop variety that has a rich peach/nectarine character with an appealing citrus backbone. In the background are hints of sweet fruit, lime zest and indistinct floral notes.

Malt:
Pilsner malt, wheat malt & unmalted oats.

Hops:
Simcoe T90, Citra T90, Nelson Sauvin T90 (Freestyle Hops) och Peacharine T90 (Freestyle Hops)

Yeast:
