Third Moon Brewing – Barrel Aged Bestowed – Malevolent

This is a blend of imperial stouts aged for 15 months in Basil Hayden Toast bourbon barrels and Laird’s apple brandy barrels that was conditioned on maple syrup, caramel and a blend of Vietnamese Saigon and Sri Lankan Ceylon cinnamons. Brewed for our 4th anniversary in collaboration with Rorschach.
