The Blacksmith’s Meadery – Rose De Brabant Joenguh (Mederij Marcus collab)

Rosé de Brabant, joengûh! is a mead collab with Mederij Marcus from Helmond, Noord Brabant. We went for a session mead, so a meads with a low (well, uh…) abv of 7,5%. The Rosé de Brabant has a beautiful reddish color and an awesome aroma. We used sunflower honey, assorted berries and a lot of blackberries.

The result drinks like a fruity rosé. Perfect with a salad, divine with smoked fish, mandatory with oysters. Also great with: pasta alle vognole, Goat’s cheese (warm or cold, with or without honey and/or bacon).
