Poppels Bryggeri – Belgian Witbier

Our interpretation of a Belgian wit. We use coriander and orange peel which, together with the characteristic yeast strain, give the typical notes of citrus and light spiciness. A refreshing beer, perfect on a hot summer day.

“Unmalted wheat and yeast give the beer a slight haziness, but also more flavor. There may be some yeast precipitation in the bottle. No danger, it’s drinkable!”
