Moersleutel – Could You Pass Me The Kaasschaaf

Kaasschaaf, a Dutch tool often handed around the lunch table! We translated those moments into a beer. A fruity double IPA where we combine new techniques. The new hops, Triumph and Eclipse, meet the new Tropical yeast. This special yeast blend promotes thiol-freeing enzymes to boost tropical aromatics. Perfect to combine with the grapefruit and sweet fruit profile of the hops. Cheers! Serve fresh at a temperature of 8°C.
