This Pastry Sour is mashed with Barley Malt & Marshmallow, and then loaded with half a tonne of Raspberries & generous amounts of Toasted Coconut & Marshmallow for a lovely candy effect. A hint of Lactose Sugar gives the right body to this fruity, rich and tart Pastry Sour.
