Lost – PURPLE RAIN

A modern fruited sour made with a mix of blueberries, blackberries and blackcurrant, creating a deep and rich dark berry profile. It’s made with 17% fruit and soured to a pH of 3.3, which fits perfectly with the natural pH of the fruits. We like to add a little sweetness in sours, so we added some great tasting marshmallow flavour for that real pastry feel.
