“Thick Strawberryish Goo” is an Unfiltered smoothie-style Berliner Weisse brewed with milk sugar and stupid amounts of Strawberry, Raspberry, and Passionfruit, with a tropical twist of Pineapple and Pink Guava. Extraordinarily goopy, this “goo” is then conditioned on fresh Madagascar vanilla beans and then double dry-hopped with Motueka. Think strawberry custard, Hawaiian fruit punch, and raspberry gummies.
