D’oude Maalderij – Qantelaar

Qantelaar is the first beer of brewery “d’Oude Maalderij”.

We try to design and improve our recipes in order to create artisanal Belgian craft beers. The “Qantelaar” is created with 5 malts, a bit of candy sugar, 2 hops and ferments in the bottle. We use 30% more ingrediënts than a regular brown beer which gives it a great body and taste. We don’t add any herb, spice or chemical compound in this traditional Belgian brown strong beer.
