In collaboration with the wine merchant Mestrezat from Bordeaux, we were able to put our Grand Cru beer on their Grand Cru wine barrels. This Grand Cru has a beautiful body with notes of wood, caramel, vanilla and red wine which are nicely balanced. Finally, the tannins provide a recognizable slightly dry red wine aftertaste.
