Buxton – Chardonnay – Nettle & Dandelion

Aged in fresh Chardonnay barrels for 24 months this unique Saison has undergone a gentle secondary fermentation from Dandelion and Nettle flora harvested from the meadow beside our brewery. Rich, okay nuances blend with earthy, floral and herbal notes.
