Kentucky Grand Cru is an Imperial Stout aged in bourbon and French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months and conditioned with lightly toasted coconut at the brewery itself. We have carefully selected each barrel to ensure that its character was just right to match the toasted coconut that we later added.
