Adroit Theory – All That I Have Learned

We originally made this beer in the spring of 2021 + to say it was highly sought after would be, well, an understatement. A continuation of our recent concepts in Confessions, this one is as perfect a stout as we can craft.

This high gravity stout is masterfully crafted to balance aromas and flavors of dark chocolate, caramel, and coffee with a subtle underlying booziness. Full bodied and slightly roasty.⁠
