"Patience" is a hefty imperial stout, which has been aged in Jim Beam casks for 18 months. The aging has both rounded off the beer and given it a complex taste and aroma image, with hints of chocolate truffles, cocoa, vanilla, coffee and caramel. This can be enjoyed with a fire in the fireplace, or preferably with chocolate or vanilla-oriented desserts.
